Sip - Water & Move Reminder

Sip is a small, deliberately unfussy water reminder for Android.

Pick a daily target, log drinks with one tap, watch a single progress ring fill. Water reminders arrive between your chosen hours, at your chosen interval, with your chosen tone. A separate Move reminder nudges you to stand up after sitting too long.

Everything stays on your device. No account, no sign-in, no analytics, no ads, no internet permission — the app cannot phone home even if it wanted to.
